The Snake Vision

Vision, potentially saved my son's life.

It was 2009 and I was in my living room. I had the ironing board set up and I was ironing the clothes looking out the window at my children playing on the trampoline at the side of the house.

I was ironing the clothes and I kept seeing a vision of a snake, and I started to feel very disturbed and nervous. It did not go away this vision. It just kept coming like a flash in my mind constantly. It was like a nagging voice. 

I put the iron down to take a look out at the kids. I looked out the window to the veranda, and then I walked over to the other window to see the kids jumping on the trampoline They were laughing and having fun.

I sang out and said you better come inside, my son jumped down and started running up the side of the house, my daughter was still on the trampoline.

 I open the sliding glass door and walk to the side door on the Veranda and my son was running up the ramp as I open the door. When I opened the door I saw a huge snake right outside the door, just below the ramp and I glanced up and I saw my son right there in front of it. I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and lifted him in the air with a smooth sweep and flung him inside the house, and slammed the door. Then I yelled out to my daughter and said quick come in the back door quickly come to the back way, and she ran across the yard to the back door to meet me and Sam and she came inside and I shut the door.

Now, if I hadn't had the vision, I don't know what would have happened. The snake was 6" long and was a king brown snake, the most venomous snake in Australia

These are the times that I am happy that I have my visions as they come in handy in times to warn me of danger.
