Client Responsibility: The client (member, buyer, or visitor) and any involved third parties are 100% responsible for any actions taken based on their interpretation of any psychic reading(s) or content provided by Jenneyl Foxe on her website or within her Facebook group.

Not Professional Advice: An intuitive, psychic, mediumship, or angel card reading with Jenneyl Foxe—whether conducted via the internet, in an online group, by phone, via Skype, or in person—is not meant to replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Payment for Energy & Time: All reading and membership fees paid are strictly compensation for the output of energy and time Jenneyl Foxe expends on your behalf.

If You Reject the Legal Disclaimer

If you reject this Legal Disclaimer after purchasing a psychic reading, and the reading has not yet been conducted, the following terms apply:

Cancellation & Refund: Jenneyl Foxe will not proceed with the reading and will issue a refund, minus a $5.00 administration fee for her time.

Strict Policy: Psychic readings will not go ahead under any circumstances if you reject the SpiritsWithJen Legal Disclaimer.

Can I Get a Refund?

All readings purchased with Jenneyl that have been completed and delivered to your email address are strictly non-refundable.

Why? Each reading requires a significant investment of time, personal energy, and dedication to complete on your behalf. Once that energy and time have been expended and the service has been delivered, a refund cannot be issued.

Personal Information & Privacy Policy

Confidentiality: All private and personal information submitted via forms on the SpiritsWithJen website or associated groups is kept strictly confidential at all times.

Email Protection: Your email address will never be shared, traded, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.

Data Retention: Copies of completed readings may be securely stored for up to three years, after which they are permanently deleted.

Private Messaging: All messages sent directly via Facebook Messenger are kept strictly private.

Public Timeline Notice: Please note that any reading or interaction conducted directly on the Jenneyl Foxe Facebook Group timeline is not private. For confidential matters, communications must be handled via private message.

I (Jenneyl) am straight to the point with my readings. My Spirit Guide is my mother, Rose, who is in spirit. Rose is a spirit of compassion, loyalty, strength, and honesty—and yes, she tells it exactly how it is.

I will never lead you down a path of endless, empty words just to make a reading long or confusing. What you need to know is exactly what you will receive. Every reading is delivered with complete honesty and love, passed from spirit through me to you.
